Kent Layden and Carol Routh, with a long track record of helping solve knotty people and organizational problems, tailor their work to meet the specific needs of your organization. Life-long learners, they bring the latest thinking to an age-old problem: people getting along. Their gift is in teaching a group how to fit the puzzle pieces of their individual strengths together so they can achieve their goals as quickly and easily as possible and have fun along the way!

Kent has been helping organizations excel for more than 30 years. He has taught Organizational Development in the Graduate School of Business at Marylhurst University, and he specializes in long-term solutions to complex people-problems.

Carol has taught every kind of square peg who doesn’t fit into life's round holes, from third graders to senior citizens. She loves the challenge of helping people learn to thrive in a difficult world. Carol has taught anger management since the 1970s and is a trained mediator. Her graduate work is in learning styles, language development, and communications.
