The Second Wind Work Session

The Second Wind Work Session puts the knowledge gained during the Assessment and the Insight sessions into action.  The program is custom-designed to galvanize the participants to resolve issues and determine steps to implement needed changes by:

• Drilling down to your organization’s current specific needs and resources, internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and pressures
• Developing consensus on overall direction and identifying immediate goals and objectives, establishing priorities for implementation
• Designating key roles and responsibilities, timelines, and indicators of accomplishment 

The Second Wind Work Session results in a detailed executive summary that documents the agreed upon implementation plan for the months ahead.  We follow up to ensure progress toward completing your plan.
